Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime.

How many pets can I register per membership?

We offer household membership that covers up to 6 pets per household.

How many topics can we discuss per consulte?

In order for us to have a thorough discussion of the topic you are concerned about, we limit the consults to one topic per consult for one animal.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my membership?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership anytime. If you use all your consults this month you have an option to buy an extra consult for £5 only.

How long does the consult last?

Our consults are 15 minutes long.

Do all prices include VAT?

Yes they do.

When do I need to register my pets?

When you book a new consult you will be offered to fill a form in order to register your pet.
